The project covers a spacious land plot of 41,572 m2, consisting of a basement, ground, first and second floors, with consideration of a functional and operational roof. The total built up area of the project is approximately 45,000 m2. The building should unify QRCS’s multilateral services under one roof and serve the organization’s benevolent humanitarian approach by being open to the public and acting as a civil and social landmark development that attracts visitors from Doha and beyond International borders. QRCS’s vision is evidently undeniable in regards to elevating the organization’s stature globally with this state of art building becoming the center of attention and a reflection of the organization’s advancement, hence, a quality design is required to maintain and protect the objectives and successfully deliver the client intent.
