The Architectural design conveys a distinctive innovative concept that reflects an outstanding image of a prestigious and contemporary office building. The project is a Commercial Tower on a plot of land 5,846 m² with showrooms, offices, supporting facilities, open space, landscaping and parking light structure (covered parking). It consists of three basement floors below grade, and 17 floors above with a total built up area of 40,000 m². EHAF was responsible for the scope of Lead Design Consultant.
